No dia 29.09.2012, a 1a. Região Litúrgica do Paraná, em noite de Gala, promoveu o Jantar dos Graus Filosóficos no Círculo Militar do Paraná. O Grande Inspetor Litúrgico, Ir.´. Manif Antonio Torres Júlio, 33º entregou a Comenda do Supremo Conselho aos Corpos Filosóficos, Capítulos Coronel João de Mattos Guedes e Getúlio Pereira Salermo e as Excelsas Lojas de Perfeição José Carvalho e Apolônio de Tyana, Corpos Filosóficos melhores classificados no Seminário de Filosofia Maçônica realizado no dia 28 de Julho deste ano. Com a presença de grande número de IIr.´. de São José dos Pinhais, foi criado o Capítulo Rosa Cruz LEOPOLDO JORGE CARDON.
